"Theory in practice" official electronic journal of the international organization for preschool education OMEP under the auspices of UNESCO
International Electronic Journal of Preschool Childhood "Theory in Practice" is a practical journal of the World Organization OMEP in the field of preschool education under the auspices of UNESCO. The electronic journal "Theory in Practice" was born in 2017 and became a tool for sharing knowledge with colleagues from OMEP as a community of practitioners implementing early childhood care education.

The following topics were published on the pages of the electronic journal:
• The first issue released to celebrate the 70th anniversary of OMEP. This issue illustrates the general history of the organization. Articles from Greece, Russia, South Korea, New Zealand, Hong Kong, China, Uruguay, Mexico and other countries.
• Articles on quality education reaffirmed to us that quality teaching practice in preschools around the world continues and is a critical factor in the support and development of children. Several countries participated in the editorial: New Zealand, Bulgaria, Ghana, Russia, Italy, Ireland, Croatia and others.
• The fourth edition of 2021 examines the importance of play in early childhood. Colleagues from Argentina, Colombia, Japan, Russia and New Zealand took part in this edition.
• The experience, published in the fifth edition in 2022, highlights the lessons learned in early childhood education during the pandemic. Colleagues from Argentina, Colombia, Hong Kong-China, Israel, Japan, Russia and others are participating.
The Russian OMEP Committee annually participates in the publication of an electronic journal and sends out relevant pedagogical experience - this is a practice that contains elements of creative search, novelty, originality, this is the high skill of a teacher, that is, such work that gives the best pedagogical result!
The World Organization for Early Childhood Education (OMEP) under the auspices of UNESCO, an association of professionals in the field of preschool education, provides us with a unique opportunity to demonstrate the experience of preschool education and share our country's practical research in the international electronic journal of early childhood!
